What does that mean?

When you purchase a photo set from this site, you are purchasing a marketing license. That means you can download the images and use them for marketing however you like. They are intended for real estate marketing, but can be used for other kinds of print and electronic marketing. There is no limit to the number of times you can use them - 

so when you purchase a license for a set of photos you have it for life.

The only things that you cannot do with this license is sell or give the photos to someone else for their own use. These are intended for marketing use only, and are not to be resold in any way.
